Julia Terrell joined the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance in 2006. She is currently the CBA Program Manager. She comes to CBA from the Florida
LAKEWATCH Program, a citizen-volunteer water quality monitoring program involving over 600 lakes and 200 coastal sites statewide, where she
was the Northwest Regional Coordinator for 10 years. She received a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology, with a minor in Zoology in 1992
and a Master of Science in Limnology in 1995 from the University of Florida. She has worked on the interrelationships of water chemistry,
aquatic macrophyte communities, fish populations, aquatic bird populations, and human interaction on each. Her specialty is the management
of aquatic ecosystems. Ms. Terrell is a member of the Florida Lake Management: 850-729-6422
