How can I help the coastal dune lakes?

When you’re exploring the dune lakes themselves, please follow these simple guidelines:
• Stay on marked trails and boardwalks; avoid walking across dunes and trampling vegetation.
• Be respectful of the lakes and their natural processes; do not dig in or around the outfalls.
• Properly dispose of all trash, and remember to take all of your belongings when you leave.
