Donations
The Northwest Florida State College Foundation is the fiduciary agent of the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance of Northwest Florida State College (CBA). NWF State College is permitted only one 501(c)(3) organization under Florida's Direct Support Organization Statute (FS 1004.70); therefore, donations to CBA flow through NWF State College Foundation. Memberships and Donations to CBA are used to support the CBA program and activities, which may include the following expenses:
- Travel/fuel/transportation to project sites, meetings and training
- Freight and postage
- Telephone/fax/communication
- Printing/duplicating
- Advertising
- Professional fees; contracted services
- Other professional fees including registrations for memberships, workshops, conferences, and trainings
- Educational and Office materials/supplies
- Equipment and materials/supplies
- Repairs and maintenance of CBA equipment and vehicles
- Data software
- Food and food products for CBA events and volunteers at CBA projects
