Wanted—Water Quality Samplers!

Help us out!! We need water quality volunteers for monthly sampling on Choctawhatchee Bay. For more info, contact Sarah Schindele at 850-517-6843 or schindes@nwfsc.edu and/or read more about our Monitoring Program.

Water quality volunteers must be willing to sample once a month – you pick the day and time that fits your schedule. Volunteers must be trained – it only takes a couple of hours, and we will sample with you the first time during your training. What do you need? For bay stations you must have access to a boat (all sampling stations are out in the open water), you need to donate approximately 4 hours each month to complete the sampling, and you need to be trained by us.
